Doug started his construction career at the age of 15 working after school cleaning jobsites for a general contractor in Great Falls. Upon graduation Doug started fulltime as an apprentice learning all phases of construction, although he is an accomplished Journeyman Carpenter his passion is Civil Construction. Doug followed in the footsteps of his grandfather who was a premier General Manger of large-scale civil construction company in Montana. Doug brings nearly 30 years of construction experience to the team and has worked on several types of construction projects from Reclamation to Heavy Highway. Doug attributes his success to his team and his relationships with his clients. When not at work Doug enjoys ranching, hunting and spending time with his family.
